Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need the proof of purchase.

Please note that underwear, swimwear and socks cannot be exchanged – all purchases are final.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages or wrong order

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items, like personal items, cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or notify us on your return request which product you would like for the exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Payment will be refunded to your nominated bank account and you will be notified once refund has been processed.

Please remember, it can take some time for the funds to reflect on your bank account.
